Getting started with bldrBoost
Set up your first bldrBoost execution flow, define clear milestones, and understand what you do versus what the AI agent handles for you.
Getting started with bldrBoost
This guide walks you through your first bldrBoost setup so you can make visible progress in the first session.
Step 1: Define the outcome
Start with one measurable objective:
- "Migrate and relaunch our marketing site"
- "Ship onboarding v1 with email verification"
- "Stabilise checkout and reduce failed orders"
Keep it outcome-focused, not task-focused.
Step 2: Let AI build the execution map
In bldrBoost, click Generate Plan and provide:
- your target launch date,
- top constraints (budget, team size, dependencies),
- known blockers.
The AI agent will propose:
- milestones,
- ordered tasks,
- risk flags,
- suggested owners.
Step 3: Confirm responsibilities
Use this split so nothing is ambiguous.
What you need to do
- approve priorities and acceptance criteria,
- provide business context and decisions,
- review outputs and sign off on key checkpoints,
- keep credentials and integrations available when required.
What the AI agent will do
- break objectives into actionable tasks,
- suggest sequencing and dependencies,
- draft implementation prompts and checklists,
- detect stalled work and suggest next actions,
- produce status summaries for your team.
AI accelerates execution, but final product decisions stay with your team.
Step 4: Start with one milestone
Do not run every lane at once. Start with the top milestone and push it to done before opening more parallel work.
Recommended cadence:
- daily: clear blockers,
- every 2 to 3 days: re-order priorities,
- weekly: review milestone completion and risk status.
Example workflow
Goal: launch a migrated services website in 2 weeks.
- Milestone A: import and clean core pages
- Milestone B: rebuild key conversion flows
- Milestone C: QA, SEO, and publish
For Milestone A, bldrBoost can suggest prompts like:
Analyze imported pages and list layout breakpoints.
Prioritize fixes for home, pricing, and contact pages first.
When a task is slowing the lane, click Hire a bldrExpert to outsource that specific task without losing plan context.
First-week success checklist
- objective and deadline are defined,
- execution plan is approved,
- at least one milestone is completed,
- all blockers are tagged with owner and due date,
- unresolved specialist tasks are escalated via Hire a bldrExpert.
