How to reach the bldrAgent support team, what information to include, and what response times to expect by plan.
Getting help with bldrAgent
Before contacting support, check the following resources — most common questions are answered here:

Support channels
In-app chat
The fastest way to reach us. Click the ? icon in the bottom-right corner of the dashboard or editor to open the support chat. Available to all users — response times vary by plan.
Email support
Send your request to support@bldr.app. Include:
- Your workspace name and account email
- The name of the app you're working on
- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead
- Steps to reproduce the issue (if applicable)
- A screenshot or screen recording (very helpful!)
Contact form
Use the /contact page to submit a request if you don't have access to in-app chat.
Response times by plan

Support hours are Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 UTC. Enterprise customers get 24/7 coverage for critical issues.
What makes a great support request
The more context you give us, the faster we can help:
Helpful to include:
- The exact URL or page where the issue occurred
- The error message (if any) — copy it exactly
- When the issue started (e.g. "this stopped working after I made changes this morning")
- Whether the issue is reproducible or intermittent
Not helpful:
- "It's broken" (too vague)
- "Fix my app" without context
Community support
Join the bldrAgent Discord to get help from fellow builders. The community is active and many common issues have already been discussed.

For billing and subscription questions, go to Settings → Billing and click Contact billing support, or email billing@bldr.app.
